To be Black is to be bold. As a Black woman some people say you have to work twice as hard... I say you have to work five, six times as hard.

I'm Black and I'm a woman. In some work situations the questions can be... Can she do the task at hand? Is she a hard worker? Yes yes and then some. This is why I believe I am a queen. I can do and achieve anything I put my mind to. But to do that self confidence is key. You have to be confident in yourself. It is the best outfit you can put on. Own it queen!

The earrings I'm wearing are Elizabeth in Pearls. It was very important for me to take a moment to celebrate Black businesses and not only that celebrate Black boss women disrupting the fashion industry.
