Summer Lookbook '17: "That One Dress..."

Okay ladies I know we all have that one dress that just makes us feel sexy, flirty, pretty and carefree! Like you're ready to take on the world! If you don't have one I highly encourage you to have "that one dress"... ❤️

Here are 4 tips to know that the dress you have is the "one".

1. Comfort

Everyone has a different level of comfort! I prefer lose fitting articles of clothing for comfort. Others find comfort in tighter fitting clothes and that's perfect too! Decide your level of comfort, what's comfortable to you and stick to it when selecting "that one dress".

2. Authentic The dress should be a statement! Whether the color choice or the cut and design of the dress it should stand out from the other dresses in your closet. For me I own nothing red and nothing in this cut. I decided to be bold, step out of my "all black" aesthetic and went with red. The sleeves are awesome too and something I don't own.

3. Versatility

For the lookbook I decided to wear yellow heels as a color blocking statement with the red. I was going for a more dressed up day time look. This would be perfect for brunch with the girls! What I also love about this dress is that you can dress it down... Originally I was going to style this look with distressed blue jeans and converse. Super casual for a day of shopping.

4. Excitement You should get excited when you put this dress on! Like you can feel the positivity and energy on the air! Honestly I get excited every time I look super cute or if I see someone else who's super cute lol... but this one dress should make you feel like a queen. Have fun with your look! To top off my excitement with this dress I paired some vintage yellow sunnies to accessorize the complete look.
